What Types Of Cold Room Doors Are Available On The MTCSS Shop?

MTCSS are experts when it comes to all things cold storage, including cold room doors. So what type of doors are available on the MTCSS Shop?

Insulated Inner Swing Doors

MTCSS have various inner swing doors available including :

• To & fro doors – also known as crash doors, these are ideal for working kitchens / corridors and swing open in both directions. This makes it move in and out of the rooms whilst carrying items.
• Insulated inner doors – inner doors are a form of energy saving door to help reduce damage to cold rooms and reduce carbon footprint. These doors suit various clear openings and are available as single blade or double blade cold room door solutions
• Green doors – these are lightweight and user-friendly swing doors which are used as replacement for ‘night doors. They Tempro thermal protection of offer huge energy savings

Swing doors are perfect for areas with high traffic as they open in both directions, meaning you only need to push the door into an open position and it will close itself.

Hinged Personnel Doors

Personnel doors, also known as service doors, are semi insulated hinged doors. Personnel doors are perfect for separating areas such as; warehouses and offices, changing room areas, prep areas and kitchens.

The 40mm hinged doors are available in both left and right hand opening, they are also available with or without vision panels.

Sliding Cold Room Doors

The MTCSS Shop stocks sliding cold room doors for walk in chiller cold rooms. Sliding doors are ideal for larger door openings and cold rooms which require pedestrian, roll cage or pallet access. Sliding cold room doors are available right hand and left hand opening.

Cold Room Door Hatch

Cold room door hatches on the MTCSS Shop are insulated and suitable for chiller cold rooms. We have 600mm x 600mm chiller cold room door hatches available on the shop, in right hand and left hand openings.

The cold room door hatches have lockable handles and are suitable for wall and ceiling access.
