MTCSS are proud to be able to offer our new range of cold room panels – our MT Chill and MT Freeze insulated panels are the perfect solution for you to design and build cold rooms and temperature-controlled rooms for your business!
MT Chill and MT Freeze are designed with temperature-controlled environments in mind, and guarantee high technical performance.
They also benefit from being ideal for a wide range of industries and projects, allowing you to create the bespoke cold room of your choice and not have to compromise.
There are two types of cold room insulated panel available from us here at MTCSS; MT Chill and MT Freeze.
MT Chill and MT Freeze are 80mm thick panels that are comprised of PIR and are CFC & HCFC-free.
They also have a thermal conductivity coefficient of 10°C (UNI EC12667): 0.020-0.023 W/mk – ensuring we can offer you the highest quality insulated cold room panels for your requirements.
Investing in high-quality cold room panels will make the difference between an efficient, reliable cold room and a cold room that has a high level of energy consumption and will cost you a lot to run!
MTCSS’ cold room panel range is fire-resistant, with a fire reaction class of “B-s1, d0” and made from high-quality products.
In order to allow your temperature-controlled room to have a long lifespan, without the need to replace within a short period of time due to inefficiency, MT Chill and MT Freeze panels are manufactured from polyisocyanurate (PIR), with a B-s1 d0, according to EC Declaration of Conformity and laboratory testing.
The ranging thicknesses and insulation levels for our cold room panels will be dependent upon the required temperature of your cold room.
If you require panels for a walk-in chiller application, the insulation levels often need to be lower than if you required panels for a freezer cold room, as it doesn’t need to maintain as low of a temperature.
Essentially, the lower the temperature range required, the higher the level of insulation is needed. This is to ensure optimal conditions are continuously preserved in order to protect your products.
For example, if you required a cold storage solution for your ice cream business, the level of panel insulation would be higher than if you needed to store dairy for your bakery.
MT Chill and MT Freeze, in any size, are a suitable option for cold rooms maintaining positive temperatures (MT Chill) and lower, negative temperatures (MT Freeze). So, what applications can you use cold room panels in?
MTCSS’ stock cold room insulated panels are available to purchase NOW in a range of thicknesses and sizes, for quick delivery and turnaround.
