Included in their project, MTH provided their customer with their new pass-through cold room handle.

The internal/external lever handle set for MTH’s sliding cold room doors benefits from reversible opening (meaning you can quickly change the direction of opening without additional components), a flexible internal grip and a telescopic system with a precision regulation to allow for it to be accurately installed.

Another benefit to the pass-through handle is that it is more manoeuvrable compared to competitor alternatives and is suitable for operation at temperatures ranging from -25°C to +35°C, meaning it is ideal for various industries and applications.

MTH didn’t just provide their customer with high-quality products, they also provided them with exceptional levels of customer service:

• Provided dedicated training at MTH’s headquarters
• Visited their customer’s headquarters with samples to offer them options, as well as to provide a summary sheet with the component’s applications and instructions for installation
• On-site visit with their application manager to provide their customer support whilst installing – this was to ensure correct assembly and functioning of the cold room door parts.

As a result of MTH’s support and products, their client achieved a high-level of aesthetic across their cold room doors within the warehouse as well as improving the awareness and reputation of MTH within Ireland.
